Small Group PIlates Reformer
These Small Group Reformer classes are a low impact exercise that strengthens and lengthens the entire body. Throughout the class, your focus is on engaging your body’s “powerhouse” while maintaining alignment and balancing the body with accurate muscle engagement. We believe that small group training is the key to your success. This is why we limit our classes to 3-4 participants.

Express TRX
This 30 minute class is a circuit style class that increases overall strength and endurance with the use of the TRX
Wednesdays at 5pm
Thursdays at 7:15am
Saturdays at 9:15am
Barre Express
This 30 minute express class mixes the element of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training. In each energizing and targeted workout, you’ll use the barre and exercise equipment small hand weights to slim and stretch your entire body.
Wednesdays at 4:15pm
Saturdays at 8:30am
