These Small Group Reformer classes are a low impact exercise that strengthens and lengthens the entire body. Throughout the class, your focus is on engaging your body’s “powerhouse” while maintaining alignment and balancing the body with accurate muscle engagement. We believe that small group training is the key to your success. This is why we limit our classes to 5 participants.
