Small Group reformer training

Our Small Group Reformer Training Classes are a great way to experience the benefits of Pilates on the Reformer. Each class is 50 minutes and completed on the Pilates Reformer, a versatile Pilates machine that focuses on precise movements, muscle engagement, and body control and alignment. At Pure Joy Pilates, our classes are great for all fitness levels. Because we limit our class sizes to 4 participants, we are able to modify and progress safely and effectively. We believe our small class sizes are the key to a successful and safe workout.

New to Pilates?

Prior to signing up for a Small Group Reformer Class, we strongly encourage new members to complete 2, 50 minute training sessions prior to a class setting. Our New Client Intro Pack is designed to give you the tools you need to begin your Pilates lifestyle. This package includes 2, 50 minute personal training sessions with a highly certified Pilates Instructor. These two sessions include everything you need to know before joining our small group reformer classes including safety, correct form and introduction to the fundamental exercises used in the small group reformer classes. This package also includes 2 small group reformer classes. Our classes are limited to four participants, so you will still get the attention you need whether you are a beginner or more advanced. Our small group setting makes it possible for our instructors to accommodate all levels of fitness in each class.
